Overall, we loved our stay here. The staff was great, the room was clean (although a little lack luster), and the breakfast was incredible! The reason I deducted one star though was because the pool and hot tub looked far bigger in the pictures and the hot tub was cold but those are truly our only complaints of our stay.

My car was crashed in their parking lot, but staff on the reception helped me with solving this issue. All people in this hotel were really nice. Before we got our room we spent the time next to their swimming pool on the roof.

There is a used swimming suit left by the previous customer in the closet. The shower bar fallen. The room is noisy and the staff is useless. Not recommended at all. Why should we make up the swimming suit thing? As we had to bin the swimming suit, have your colleague checked the bin? The room is noisy and the talking and alarms from the people next room can be heard.

The hotel has a great location, but it seriously needs renovation. My first room had a broken window that didn’t close, so I could hear all the street noise—impossible to sleep. I asked to switch rooms, and while the staff accommodated, the second room had a broken air conditioner stuck on high heat. When I brought it up, I was told all rooms are like this and to just deal with it. For €100 a night, I expected at least a quiet room and a comfortable temperature. Disappointing experience so far.

We had such a wonderful experience! All the staff were incredibly friendly, especially Ms. Marilou, the supervisor. She was so nice and accommodating! I loved that they changed our towels and cleaned our room every day – it made our stay comfortable. The breakfast was good! For just 12.5 euros, there were so many options to choose from. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a great stay!
